Shipping & Returns
Once we have received your order, we will work as quickly as possible to process and dispatch to you as soon as we can. However, as all our candles and wax melts are individually hand poured we advise that this may take up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched from us receiving your order. Please note that we reserve the right to extend the order processing period, but only if unavoidable due to our limited manufacturing capacity in which you will receive a notification email.
Delivery is charged at cost, and varies relative to package weight. Your order will be delivered within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail, who advise that their 48 hour (2nd class) service usually takes 2-5 days, while their 24 hour (1st class) service usually takes 1-3 days. Orders placed by customers located outside the United Kingdom will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard, which typically takes 3-7 days. Delays may occur during busy periods, particularly in the weeks preceding Christmas. For larger orders we will use a Parcelforce tracked service. We reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements as we see fit.
BREAKAGE AND LOSS
Although breakages don't happen often, if this the unfortunate case we ask that you report these breakages to us as a matter of urgency, to allow us to pursue a claim with our carrier. RETURN OF GOODS
You may return any item to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. You should contact us immediately by phone or email and provide us with your original order number (which is listed at the top of your order confirmation email). We will then send you a return authorisation number. Once you receive the authorisation number, please promptly repackage your items securely and post them back to us using a Royal Mail service. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorisation number. When we receive your returned items we will reimburse the original purchase price including original postage costs.
